Defining Our Healthy Future

LiveHealthyLaneSafe Routes to School is part of a team working on the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) to reduce obesity. Recently a new “Community Health Needs Assessment” was completed  and on February 10th there will be a community meeting to not only announce those results but also to allow the community to vote on Lane County’s healthy future!

We all want Lane County to be a healthy place to live and learn, work and play and this event is part of a community effort to create a new Community Health Improvement Plan for Lane County. Come to the event to learn about the needs of the community and vote on what you think we need to do to improve our healthy future.  Registration Required by Feb. 2nd
