Pedestrian Safety Education

Pedestrian Safety Classes is a key component of our Education program where students learn to cross streets and follow the rules of the road for walking. In 4J, we support elementary PE teachers in providing this curriculum. In Bethel, the City of Eugene Recreation Program teaches the class to 2nd graders and can use volunteers to help with the practice walk!
